Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist Training provides the fundamental knowledge base for substance abuse prevention professionals.  The training includes the following modules:

Training Dates and Times:  Monday, December 7 – Friday, December 11, 2009
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday; 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Friday

Training Location:  Prevention Resource Center -Region 8; 7500 Hwy 90 West, AT&T Building Ste. 100; San Antonio, TX

Lodging:   Participants are responsible for their own lodging and travel. 

CEUs:40 continuing education hours (4.0 CEUs) will be received for completion of course, provided by Southwest Prevention Center (TCBAP Provider # 1695-03).   Participants MUST attend ALL sessions to receive 40 hours credit.
